Brought my car in Friday evening, to be worked on Saturday, just an oil change. Was told I'll be called when done. At 4:00 I called them since nobody called me. Was told it was being worked on now, and I will be called soon. Nobody called. Sunday I called, said I assume car is done. Was told, again, that it is being worked on now and I will be called soon. This time they did call me soon after, but clearly I was lied to the day before. The guy did say they got really busy, but still, no excuse for lying. My husband and I have brought personal and fleet cars here for close to 30 years. Service was better years ago, just okay recently. I'm looking elsewhere next time.
The store manager, Richard, was exceptional. His calm demeanor and knowledge both in mechanical and laymans terms truly helped me relax in a very, very stressful situation. His promises were just that, PROMISES! He delivered on what he said. I really felt he was my personal mechanic with me every step of the way. The service i need was complicated and the technician on the job also showed me what he was doing and explained to me the process and how my particular issue was being addresses. I know if I went someone where else I would have needed a new vehicle or had to pay thousands of dollars for unnecessary parts and services.
I have read the reviews on line and most are negative but I can attest to the fact that my situation was dyre and all I did was explain to Richard what I needed. This is the most amazing part, he agreed, made me a promise, and DELIVERED! Thank you Richard!
I will have to say I am done with this place. Steve at the front desk is super,shady and rude. I called for a quote on a full set of tires. I gave him the info on my tires(read off the actual,tire) He told me I was wrong. He the told me to,look on door of car. (The same info as I told,him) Again I was told no that's not right. He said bring to shop for quote. He walked out SEEN,with his own eyes the information I,gave him.I guess since I am a woman I was too stupid to read!!! I was expecting a apology for being told I was an idiot,but got nothing. At the end he told me he didn't carry my tires. A real bad experience. The end of the story,is I went elsewhere and my tires were installed in 1 hour. What a jerk!!!!!
Richard should be awarded for his dedication to service and personal participation at this location.
The salesperson was GREAT! He squeezed me in since my problem would not take that long. I really appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I got serviced that day.
Pretty good experience at this place, the people there are pretty friendly. They were really helpful and was able to get my car in and out quick.
