My family has been buried in many plots here for years. Recently my Mother passed away at the end of October'2016 and my Mom's sister (my Aunt) passed a couple days later. Both graves have been sinking since and I have reported this to the office in person about 7 times. The excuse they use is we had plenty of rain but nothing is ever done! I recently had to bring my own soil and grass seed to try & rectify the problem. The location is in the St Bonfiface area of the cemetery. Obviously, the upkeep of the cemetery has been quite poor as the last time I was there to provide my complaint, a gentleman behind me offered the same disgust with his parents grave. It is evident this place does not care for our concerns to provide proper care of its grounds.
My family has been buried here since the early 60's, most recently my mother in 2013. I absolutely HATE the upkeep or lack thereof. I have never seen so many sunken graves. Walking to my parents grave is like walking a land mine field with all the hills. I WILL say that when I have stopped and asked the gentleman if they can help they have gotten right on it. Definitely not what I would call perpetual care.
Very well maintained. I'm proud to say that it is a tradition in my family to be laid to rest here. Also their directory is easy to follow and very accurate.
