Wow, you guys are a sorry excuse for a clothing store. You had something on your website and I was looking forward to walking into this Forever 21 and seeing that item sitting on a pedestal with tiny spot lights shining on it, a little red carpet leading to it with 6 angels harmonizing beautifully, but no what did I get, I had to find out that the item wasn't even in this store to begin with. I take lying very seriously and you don't even know the emotional baggage I'm going to carry around as a result of this. Another thing, maybe I'd decide, "Yeah, let me check if there's something else here I'd want", if every shirt didn't have some corny saying like "Rad" or "I like pizza and like 3 people" or "I Only Shop at Forever 21". If you only shopped at Forever 21, you'd be made fun of for wearing shirts with entire paragraphs on the front of them. I'm taking my credit card elsewhere, like Baby Gap because I have a better chance of finding nice clothes there than this place. As a wise man once said, "You are very fool", and that about sums up my opinion of this store and anyone working there. Good day.
I would give zero stars if I could. Long line a few days before Christmas and only 2 cashiers working.
Does not really have the Sorcerer's Stone, The Fountain of Youth, or any kind of means of attaining everlasting life. false advertising if you ask me.
Unfriendly staff/manager at check-out counter seriously lacks customer service skills. If there are employees who are supposed to greet or offer their help, don't expect to get assistance. I asked 2 girls if they worked here, and they both said no. When I did have a question about merchandise the staff seemed annoyingly bothered. Have only visited the store twice this year and I will not go back.
