If i could i would not give even a half of the star. Be very careful having business with these guys. They are so sweet in the beginning when want to make money from you by pushing you to buy from them but reality looks very sad after. We bought sleeping sofa from them just before labor day September 3 shipping should be in 2-4 weeks which was fine. Today is November 9th more than two months after placing the order. When i stopped at them to find out what is going on it occurred that order was canceled by the sales guy James who sold it to us even without notifying us at all about cancellation and no refund was issued.moreover when i stopped they did not refund either though i paid almost 1500 in cash. They told me wait for some check by mail ,would never recommend this place and there are plenty places you can get the same staff cheaper and quicker.
I would avoid this outlet store. I bought an expensive desk but was damaged in a undamaged box. After calling the store up and didn't like the options they offered for returning the merchandise, i decided to return the desk and get a full refund. The staff were very unhelpful so i decided to not give them my current business. There are other competing businesses and i will take my money to them.
Recently we bought a lot of furniture for our new house from this store. The quality is really good but the way they deliver it to your house is horrible, they scratch my doors, made two cracks on brand new oak stairs and scratch the walls. Delivery guys didn't even have the measure tape with them and didn't even apologized for what they did. Their customer service offered us 150$ to repair the stairs( anew one to repair
They have really great prices compared to the regular stores. The staff doesn't stalk you and are friendly. Very well laid out and clean store.
We're at our wits end. Purchased the protection plan for our new bedroom set. Within a few weeks the storage drawers broke away from the footboard, technician said it can't be fixed. They agree to replace it BUT only on Wednesday or Friday!!! OK so I'll take time off work for something that never should have broken but after 3 pm. They say no-can-do. Have to be there all day at their convenience! They are great at taking your money, but rotten customer service when something goes wrong .
