TWO THUMBS WAY WAY DOWN! I looked into this gym because of the pool and the large amount of equipment and was hoping that some of the fitness classes would fit into my schedule. The sales manager at the time, Ryan, was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed without making me jump through hoops or deal with any annoying sales pitches, so I joined. (Would actually give the gym more stars if he was still there but he's not, so now it's really awful!) He then signed me up with Jay, the GM of Personal Training, to get a fitness assessment. During the assessment, Jay told me all of these things that would be included with the personal training program if I signed a contract. This included help with meal planning, instruction on the equipment so I could workout on my own outside the pt sessions and then one on ones with a trainer 1-2 times a week. I was on the fence about the whole thing but I thought it might be a good idea depending on the price. Then we sat down at the desk and he gave me these exorbitant amounts that it would cost a month. I kept saying that it wasn't in my budget and that I needed to speak with my fiance' before making a financial decision of that magnitude but he wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept pushing and arguing until he finally broke me down and I signed up even though I didn't want to. I felt 100% forced. He didn't even ask me what form of payment I wanted to use, just took it upon himself to charge the debit card on file before I could change my mind. After that, I did use 3 or 4 sessions but the only thing that I got were workouts using barely any equipment. Stuff I could've done cheaper using workout DVDs at home. No meal plan, no instruction on weight equipment, given only two options for trainers out of the many they have and married to a monthly payment for something I'm not satisfied with and therefore won't use. Needless to say, I've been in touch with corporate to try and get out of the contract but so far I've just gotten an email back from some jerk named Nate who disregarded everything I said and gave me the generic response of 'I can't help you!' These people only want your money but legitimately do not care about anything else! Really disgusted!

The staff is super friendly and professional. They show the same level of respect to members and non-members. I loveee the steam room and spaa facilities

I used to go all the time. In 2014 15 minutes before closing. I had to go to the bathroom. To make a very long story short. I was in the stall, the janitor started squirting everything down early to clean didn't put slippery signs up. I wasn't expecting it to be wet and I had a freak fall. This fall messed up my knee, it caused nerve damage and spinal damage. It has disabled me for the rest of my life. I couldn't even sue them because in the contract in very fine print it says that if you get hurt on premise no matter if it's your fault or their fault you cannot sue even if the roof falls and you become paralyzed. In my opinion the only thing they care about is money and care nothing about their members. I would not recommend anyone going because it's unsafe to be there. Their equipment isn't maintained as well as it should be either.

Howard was very pleasant and helpful. After talking to him I was encouraged to begin my workout and the membership for services available is a good rate. The gym is spacious with plenty of equipment to use and I love the variety of workout and aerobic classes offered.

Needs carpet replaced. No effort made to enforce putting weights away properly(signage, etc). Good equip, good employees, good effort made to keep clean. Good pool.

And as for the gym itself, it's always really dirty. People barely ever clean the equipment when they're done using it. I heard one girl in the locker room say she got foot fungus from walking on the floor one time in there when she forgot her flip flops and came right from work. The pool is always full or closed. I often see the sales staff eating fast food or donuts and outside smoking...aren't they supposed to be promoting good health?
