I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with Amy. After waiting 25 minutes, 15 minutes after my appoint was supposed to start she frantically told me it would be at least another 15 minutes. I had to leave because I had plans. Pretty disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced.
