Sue is amazing. Saved us money and gave us a great unit that was bigger and less the price i was paying at public storage. I am so happy to be a cube smart customer rather than dealing with the trashy public storage at fairless hills. Look for sue very great service knowledgeable and knows her stuff!
Jeannie was super helpful! She looked at a pic of our furniture and said a 5 x 10 will do the job. I also checked a competitor who said I needed a 10 x 20.
Jeannie and Sue are always there to help. Their customer service onsite is fantastic. Always a pleasure talking to and working with them both. I have moved from a 5x10 to a 10x20 over my time there. The facilities are always clean and well maintained.
Yesterday, I called to make an appointment to switch my unit after hours and Jeannie was gracious enough to accommodate me. Now, this is not to encourage other people to call after hours (I had a specific circumstance where I had to move by yesterday), but Jeannie really went above and beyond to help. She was patient and kind during the lease signing process, and more than happy to show me my new unit.
Now, this all follows my experience with Sue, who is as amazing. She helped me see that a smaller unit would accommodate my items and would end up saving me a lot of money; I greatly appreciate her honesty and time in waking me over to look at a smaller unit that I ended up renting.
Very convenient location. Jeannie was great from start to finish. We got just the right amount of space needed and access was easy...even for our final move out with a 53' tractor trailer to complete our interstate move. All the best to Jeannie and her great customer service.
