The Roto-Rooter technician Lou arrived as scheduled and I explained that there was a clog somewhere in the sewer line leading out the back of the house. Lou did a quick survey of the property with a metal detector to check for an outside access with no success. He returned with some drop clothes and the power snake to try to unclog it from the clean-out access and after almost 30 minutes was finally able to do so. Lou was very professional and cleaned up after he was finished.
I don't know why I bother with other plumbers. I called four different plumbers in Yardley on Friday telling them i had a toilet that was leaking. I still haven't got a call back.
This is my Fourth experiece with Roter Rooter. I get a different tech each time. All have been great. I won't be bothering with the other guys.
