They are very lazy after making me wait 25 min they called me back and told me they were too far from me time wise and told me to call all 3 taxi this is the 4th time that they did this to me how do they want to stay in business if all they do is send there work to a cab service in North Philly
I believe in doing business with the small guys but this cab service just does not like to work the worst part about it was my last call to them I was 1000 yards from there office in Langhorne at train station going to Bensalem it was a easy 20.00 fair plus a 5.00 tip
I've been using Langhorne Cab Company pretty much every day for over a month. The people who answer the phone and the drivers are all very nice and professional. They are very safe drivers and when you are disabled and can't drive anymore it's a BIG relief. Thanks Langhorne Cab Company for making the driving safe for me and for your professionalism. I've read the bad reviews and can only say this: treat people like you want to be treated. If you are demanding and rude, you are going to be treated the same way. It's not easy working in Customer Service. I am an actual customer and I used to work in Customer Service so I know exactly how it is. Oh one more thing: your driver does not receive any money from the cost of your fare. Tips for Cab drivers is 20 percent of your fare. It's on the internet, just search for it. About the post that you were not allowed to state your business, you are calling for a cab, they know what you want and they will ask you the questions that they need answers for in order to get you where you want to go. So be nice and let them do their job. Ok?
Called and woman was nice. I told her the address of pick up and drop off. Forty minutes later get a call from a lady that sounds high, who then tells me it's not her area I need to call someone else. Unprofessional. Waste of time. Don't bother with them
I called and ordered a cab for this morning 2 days in advance. Confirmed everything. THEY NEVER ARRIVED. Even worse, I called 6 times and no one picked up. I am appalled with this service. Go elsewhere.
