Very caring staff. They always take good care of my cat. It's also very expensive every time I go.

Went once and would never go again. Came home to find my dog with brown discharge flowing from her mouth. As my vet was closed, I took her to CARES. CARES said they couldn’t check her mouth because she wouldn’t let them so they checked her heart and temp and said they were elevated and gave her a med to calm her down. After 3 hours, they said they would have to keep her overnight as they didn’t have time to do bloodwork and a chest X-ray. At that point, I opted to take her home and took her to my vet the next morning with their discharge paperwork and sample from her mouth. My vet gave her a shot to knock her out so he could open her mouth and found a huge growth by the tongue. He said as that was the most obvious place to start, that’s what should have been done. He said the temp they recorded was slightly elevated and not a concern and she certainly didn’t require a chest X-ray. What she did need was a shot of a multi-range antibiotic, which he immediately administered. CARES is very thorough in presenting their extensive bill but not so much in providing extensive care.

A marrow bone got stuck on my dog's lower jaw - very scary morning and he/I was a nervous shaking crying mess. They were amazing. Told me to come right in, no questions asked. Took us right back and let me stay with him until the DR took him back to sedate him. Took great care of him, kept me up to date and took care of my baby quickly.

They were very caring during a difficult time when having to say goodbye to my best friend, my boy "Cute Baby". Would recommend to anyone who truly wants the best for their animal family.

I have been dealing with CARES for over 20 years now. I trust them completely with my beloved, furry family members. The staff is there because they want to make a positive difference in a pet's life. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you CARES for all you do.
