Everyone at the Langhorne location was awesome as always. I rented a vehicle to take my family to Universal in Florida due to the fact that airfare was so high over the Easter holiday. They put me in a new 2017 Chevy Suburban. It was a pleasure to drive. The rental and return process was quick and efficient. I spoke with Brent on the phone and Jimmy helped with the check in. Both were friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
I usually don't have any problems with Enterprise. We rent several times a year. The last time we returned the car they found a very small hairline crack on the front chrome grill overlay trim. It was very hard to see because no other damage was noted near the crack. No dents, dings or scratches in that area. I had to get a few inches away before I could really see it so I would have missed it during the initial inspection. I got charged $500 extra dollars on my charge card which is my insurance deductible until they figure out how much it will actually cost to fix it. Not too happy with being charged for this. The car was parked in the garage facing a wall the entire trip. Nothing touched that car while it was in our possession. We didn't cause the tiny damage and if we did we would let the insurance company handle it. My advice is to take your time and a magnifying glass and go over the car before taking possession of it. Big dents and dings are obvious but the very small ones you might get charged for if not noted beforehand. The staff was very professional, pleasant and helpful especially Jeri Ullah.
They have nice cars, good service but, better prices are available. 25 dollars a day for insurance is a rip off when others charge 9.95 a day.
Last rental I picked up was really dirty in the interior. I do not appreciate to rent a car that it is so filthy inside. Very upsetting.
Honestly, I only ever rent from this location. The customer service is the best at any car rental shop I've ever been to and I am an constant renter nationwide. Everyone at this location is a pure pleasure to work with.
