This Hertz location rocks! Hertz is one of the few, if not the only company in the area that will rent to customers as young as 20. The Fairless Hills branch manager, Tim, has always gotten me the car that I wanted to rent, and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Their prices also beat those of Enterprise and Avis because of their coupon codes and AAA discounts. I will continue to rent my cars through Hertz at the Fairless Hills location.
If you want a clean car they run around with a nasty chemical spray to cover the pot and cigarette smells and make you wait outside for 15 minutes. The manager is Tim ,won't give you his last name.I guess if you ran your business like this you would not either
I've rented from this location about 5 times in the last year. Tim and his team always try to please the customers. They have a great selection of cars. Customer Service at this location is excellent.
We rented a car here through our insurance due to my wife's car being rear-ended. The reservation was initially made by the insurance company, although there were no specifics chosen. We called ahead on Friday to set the pickup day to Monday and chose a rental rate. They were accommodating and let us come in slightly earlier than opening time so my wife could get to work. This was very helpful, however we then had to wait while they did a "touch up" to clean a returned car. It wasn't very long, and the car was clean. They were also flexible with allowing us to return the car at the body shop. I would definitely use this place again.
Horrible customer service have been trying to get in contact with the manager for over a week now. They don't return the phone calls. The have no knowledge of what they are doing. They don't listen to there customers.... they need to be put out of business. Good to know that the workers talk about customers when they aren't there unprofessional, especially since the worker was flirting with a girl instead of paying attention to my transaction. Worst customer service i've ever got!!!!
The manager never returns calls during or after the rental, the reservation means nothing, you show up and they give you whatever is leftover from the walk-in customers who came early in the day and get the pick of the lot.
5 star gold member forget it, what a joke I thought I was earning something for $3,000 in rentals,NOT.
