I went in on Saturday 9/23/17 to look at some acoustic guitars from Taylor. The salesman James was awesome. Not only did he answer all of my questions with no pressure, but once I decided on a guitar, he helped me find the best financing with out me even asking. Way to go above and beyond.

I usually go to a local stand alone music store but it is closed on Sundays. My daughter and I ended up at Guitar Center at Oxford Valley. The guy at the counter named Keith helped my daughter and me. He spent the time and was very good explaining things to my daughter. It was like going to that local store with great customer service but with a bigger selection. It's counterintuitive to think a chain store would have such great customer service but Keith really impressed us both.
Enjoy going to GC. A great place to try before you buy. Nick was especially helpful with guitar ideas for playing in my worship team. I'll Be Back!!!!!!
