Started slowly by having them sharpen my mower blades. Then bought a chainsaw from them. Just got a lawn tractor from them. Over the years some nice touches: free removal of a stuck bolt on string trimmer I didn't buy from them; free delivery of lawn tractor; free instructions on how to use what I did buy from them.
Horrible rude service, please see my review on yelp.... the owner has zero customer service skills and that attitude, cascades down to the counter person. Repair errors happen in all types of buisness from time to time, but dealing with these errors should be handled professionally not sarcastically with customers.

They work hard for their customers and they know their stuff. You can go to the big box stores where they sell bad brands alongside some good and take your chances. Or you can go to the pros.
