First off me and my fiancée were looking at wedding bands we were helped by a woman named Laura or Linda (that's how much of an impression she left) my fiancée asked what was more popular white gold or yellow gold the employee answered I can't say. I then looked at the men's wedding bands I told her I need to measure my finger she made the excuse I can't without knowing the band you want. She then asked if I wanted to set up an account with them to see the line of credit I could get, I explained I didn't want a credit card she said no this is too see the line of credit you would be approved for if you wanted an account I said fine. 6 days later I get a credit card in the mail from them. Me and my fiancé went over cancelled the card and we will never go back. Their customer service was awful couldn't answer questions or fulfill a simple request horrible place. It's only getting 1 star Bc it was close the only reason they get a rating
The website says they open at 10. Was there at 1010 employees inside store isn't opened. When I called Jerry says they will open around 1030. What. I check the website again. Says opens at 10. I call and say I'm in parking lot he is very rude and says they had issues and that won't open. I said you should put a sign up. Basically tells me oh well and very rude. Will never ever ever give them my business. Horrible place. you would think in a world of customer service and the fact that they have a Jared from right across from them that they would be providing excellent customer service. Extremely pushing and pressuring sales people. My fiancé and I were looking at wedding bands. My fiancé had never even looked at bands before and just wanted to get an idea of what he would like. They would not stop badgering us to buy that day and said my fiancé should just be able to make a decision right then and there. I must have had to tell them 6 or 7 times that we were just looking. Definitely going to a different location next time.
Great shopping experience with two wonderful sales people : Norine and Linda. They both provided me motherly advise to help me with my purchase and I very much enjoyed and appreciated their knowledge and expertise. Thank you Norine and Linda
