These horrible people were rude and obnoxious from the first time we walked into the store. I took two of my pearl bracelets here to get red trunk after they had broken. The cslled ,e two and half weeks later and told me my BRACELETS were ready to pick up. I get to the best store and only one bracelet is there. The first one came back without the matching second one. They misplaced my bracelet and tried to cover it up. After 3 weeks of calls and telling me every time they would contact the jeweler and never did and showing up a half dozen times non one could give me a straight answer as to where it was. Finally one of the store associates told me they called the jeweler and he had to replace pearls. When I picked it up my bracelet it was too small and would not fit. They tred to blame it on me and say I lost pearls which I did not. Then I told the associate wait a minute I was told pearls were replaced so why is my bracelet still short? It turns out the store associate never counted the pearls so even though they were both originally 7.5 inches long now one was 7 inches and the other 8 inches long because too many pearls were put on the one bracelet. After all of this time and misplacing my jewelry and all of the aggravation no way I was giving them my jewelry again to lose or destroy. Avoid this location at all costs and just order online. I have been a Littmans customer for 15 years and have never been treated so horribly. Disgusting staff and disgusting store. The whole team of employees needs to be retrained. I feel bad for the owner for having to be surrounded by such incompetent team members. These people showed more respect to two people who were obviously not going to purchase anything then to a loyal customer. So sad.
How many times we need to come back to the store and realize that the jeweler didn't resize our wedding ring?!?! For the 3rd and it's not ready yet! Even though I called a few times before I arrived to the store and whoever answered the phone said: "Yes, it's ready. Come , pick it up". They are all "Sales champions" but their service really SUCK!
They had amazing customer service and really explained the details. My fiancé went in looking at engagement ring setting, Adriene treated us so well. Explained the different styles, bands, metals, diamond cuts. My fiancé was so happy and they even measured or fingers without us asking. After we choose the setting, we went back later that day so my fiancé's brother could get something for his girlfriend again Adriene was awesome with it!!!!.....we will definitely go back this place made everything so great and made is extremely happy
