Nice hotel with polite staff. Rooms could use a little modernization as they are a little outdated. But overall nice stay.
11/1/17I wish, I could give them a zero. They charged me twice, manager is too busy to call me after 7 days. Plenty of other hotels near buy. Updated 11/21/17, I still have not been issued a refund. Don't know what their waiting for. 12/18/17- Still waiting on refund of 35.00 from this hotel. I've contacted GM and forwarded copy of cc to complete the transaction. GM is more concerned about a bad review than communicating with patrons. These people don't care that they have my money!
The rooms were gross and dirty. There was stains on the wall, hair in the shower and on our towels. Mold!!! Mold on the shower curtain. They gave us 2 conditioners and no soap. The room and hotel was old and dated. I don't suggest staying here. Location was great and staff was helpful and nice. The shuttle was slow.
Good hotel with very friendly staff. They are very accommodating and i was allowed to check in early. This hotel shuttles you to Sesame Place but if you wanted to drive its only 4mins away. Rooms are typical nothing spectacular but they were cleaned. Overall a good hotel.
Our room was dirty when we arrived and while the staff was responsive to clean it, still a priblem. Also not as convenient to Sesame Place. Expensive breakfast buffet while other hotels are included.
