This Holiday Inn was built according to Holiday Inn's new design guidelines. So it has better private and public room space arrangement. Every thing in this hotel is new. That adds to the delight of staying here overnight.
Rooms were clean. The elevator seemed like it was struggling to keep up but that's expected in the middle of renovation. Had a horrible time with the air vent. They have no way to point the vents away from you so you're going to get a bloody nose with the heat on. The controls for the heat and a.c. were off too.
It's a decent room for what it is. I wouldn't stay more than one night here. Housekeeping does a good job at keeping it clean and the linens are crisp. The decor is dated and I don't think the upholstery has been deep cleaned in awhile.
Breakfast was great. The internet and cable provided was awesome.
My room was clean, and very spacey. They provided me with a crib which was an excellent feature.
I wouldn't change a thing I felt welcome and at home. My daughter loved being there as well.
Great hotel. Rooms are clean and there is a great little pool area our back. I have stayed here 3 times now and have never been disappointed! There breakfast has your basics and is good for a quick bite. There is also a shuttle that will bring you too and from Sesame Place (approx q mile away) for free.
Management worked with me to get in a little earlier than check in time and allowed me to stay a little past. Which was great with having two babies with me.
