This place is world class. The experience here surpasses any other fast food place ever visited. Attention to detail and client needs is extremely evident. Deneiese, the shift Leader at this location is extremely a pleasure. She's like a magnet. You can tell she really cares and it's genuine. Great place. Great food. Great experience.
I freaking love chik fil a. I walked a whole block from my job at the mall just to eat their delicious chicken sandwiches and their world renowned waffle fries
Second take out order this week, at this establishment, that I've ordered a #1 Deluxe meal(fried chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese, with fries and a drink) and received a spicy chicken sandwich instead! Not a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. Even more aggravating, I made sure when placing the second order to let the young man taking our order know about the previous order error and we were assured that it wouldn't happen again. While I appreciate the friendly service and the quality of the products, not a fan of the apparent lack of attention to ordering detail. The box is clearly marked for a #1 Deluxe. No longer inclined to give this establishment my business or to recommend it to others
This place is always busy and the still are able to come to the table and heck on you as if it was a dinner with a waitress. Great service. Other fast food placed need to lead by this example.
This is 1 of the only 2 fast food places that we go to, and with good reason. The food is always fresh, served at the proper temperature, and delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel like welcomed guests. They are extremely efficient, and friendly, making sure that your meal arrives in great time. This location has hosted fundraising nights for us for several years in a row now. They manage to accommodate our entire school population, and everyone is happy! Keep up the wonderful work, Chick-Fil-A Oxford Valley! We will definitely visit again soon!
