The service is terrible nobody Calls you back I will never ever recommend carmax again I bought 8 cars between might me my family and we will never buy a car there again they dont answer there phones
Called specifically to make an appt to drive a car. Asked if they can have it pulled around and warmed up given it was so cold. Told I was all set. Then when I got there I was told I couldn’t be seen for another 30 minutes after my appt time.
1 star only becuase Google won't let me do 0 stars.
Watch this place, they don't know what there doing when you go to try and sell your car. Lied about my transmission having problem when I know for a fact it's fine and about other parts that had to be replaced when I know it doesn't. Granted does some issues but not all the listed. Can't speak for everyone there and there mechanical capability but don't get played. May buy a car here but never sell, ever.
Thank you @CarMax car for leaving me holding the bag 2 days before Christmas. I spent 2 weeks preparing to purchase a vehicle from you, as a surprise for my wife. Income statements, income taxes a whole big deal to get approved. I get approved a week ago and schedule to pick up this wonderful Christmas gift for my to be told you screwed up and entered the wrong address , mixed up 2 digits. Now I'm expected to got thru 2 weeks of work in a day to be able to accomplished what was already done, only to be told it can't happen. I will never use you again and I will spread the word as much as I can as to what a horrible experience dealing with you was for me.

I bought a car from this location recently and it was by far the best dealership to work with. Evan Alvarez was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. If he didn't know an answer he was more than willing to go find someone that would know. He was friendly, personable, and very patient. At one point we wanted to see other options so we left and went across the street to Reedman, but after working with Evan, our experience at other dealerships were horrible. Evan Alvarez is an asset to the location and Carmax as a whole. I will referral anyone looking for a car to this location and more specifically, Evan.
