I was returning my lease. The employees were all courteous,and professional. Nick Mozier was a step ahead and had everything set up for me before I arrived as I was glad he was helping me again, as he did three years ago.
I leased a car for my daughter from McCafferty. It was an awesome experience. I worked with Ahmed Elgendi. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. The process was quick and easy. He provided me with the exact car that I wanted and even had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car. The price was great! I also met Michael the general manager and Craig the sales manager. They were very friendly and professional. This dealership is amazing! I highly recommend McCafferty Hyundai. If you're looking for a great car and great service stop by McCafferty and ask for Ahmed Elgendi!
I'm happy to see service manager Kevin is back. He is the best representative of Hyundai service. He makes sure that you are totally informed about the work to be done, the price, and your satisfaction.
The only way for improvement is to tell customers the truth and to not recommend something that is not going to help them but only recommended to get more money out of them also recommend for employees there to have more sympathy with their customers when going through issues with their car rather than not caring at all or trying to help them at all very rude very unhelpful and also very dissatisfied will not be purchasing any more cars from this dealer they did nothing for me but want money out of me managers can't even help when your in need of it it's just that you pay all the money and they can't even help you at all you pay for extra coverage and they don't cover anything. When it's time to use it they start to make up things that they didn't tell you when you first signed up for it they tell you all the good things but none of the bad, they tell you one thing then do another very good at tricking people. Bad dealer!
