Told us we would get free inspections with her car but only dropped it off they said we would have to pay for the emissions the kid working at the cabin or does not even know what day it is and told us they be open till 7 on Saturday which is not true
Experience was fine until we had to wait for finance to finalize the purchase. We have been waiting close to an hour with at least another hour or so wait in front of us. There is no indication of where you are in the line or how long you still need to wait. Would NOT recommend. Still here.. wait is now up to 1.5 hours just moved to 1 star. Absolutely horrible...
The experience at Reedman Toll Subaru Service is sporadic. When I first purchased my car and started servicing it in 2015, Jerry and Quron in the service department we're a pleasure to work with. Now that I have had it for two years, they usually do not respond to my emails. Additionally, I was under the impression that the $1,100 extended warranty I purchased provided unlimited oil changes. Quron explained to me with an attitude that it did not. $100 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation seems excessive to me. Won't be coming here again.
Lousy customer service. Cannot rate their service as we weren't even able to drop off the car. We are taking our Subaru business to Colonial in Feasterville.
