Our server's name was Bobby and he is the speediest and sweetest gentleman. He was able to accommodate to not only 15+ people worth of orders, but also cater to the needs of the four children and one special needs child in the party. He made the night of our wedding and the "reception" after our wedding a night my husband, myself, and our families will never forget.
Whether you are deciding on a place to have dinner or a place to hold an after-party, this restaurant is definitely the first place I will recommend.
Excellent service and food, never a wait for lunch, great atmosphere
This place could be better.. the only reason im giving it 2 stars is because we had a good service the last time we were there. The service was horrible our waiter forgot to put in 1 of the party's food and tried to blame it on the kitchen..im a server too so i understand to an extent but the manager didnt even come up to apologize or anything..maybe try a different bertucci cuz the food is still not bad but its not the greatest..
Do not go here if you have an allergy, they will still serve the food with what you have an allergy to. The service was slow, no one came to talk to me after they had to redo my dish. I got crappy stringy chicken on the food redo which took over 20mins to get and I was not warned that the appetizer we ordered which normally does not have the allergy item had it. I was sick half way through my meal and threw up. I had to seek out the manager myself just tell them the horrible experience after the meal. I was sick all night and all feel off this morning. Never returning here again.
Service was excellent. How ever our food was so so. The pizza was excellent , but our pasta dishes were watered down :( it will be the first and last time we visit the oxford valley location . The Trevose location is 100 times better.
Went on Friday, October 13th in the middle of the dinner rush. Made a reservation beforehand but still had to wait a bit to be set up (which was not a huge deal). With a group of 15+ people celebrating a wedding, I was worried dinner would not go smoothly but I am so glad I was wrong.
The food was amazing--we decided to get pizza for everyone-- and they kept the drinks constantly filled for the entire party. We even brought pies from outside to suffice as a wedding cake and they not only allowed us to bring them in, but provided dishes for the slices and were happy to share in the abundance of pie left over; they really deserved it so we shared with the servers and the kitchen.
Not only did we have excellent and speedy service, but waiters and workers that were not even assigned to our party were very helpful and friendly as well. The manager that night was super pleasant and our server was the best server I have ever had the pleasure to be assigned.
