Times what I wanted over the phone and still the order was not up to par. It’s so annoying when you arrive home and it’s the wrong thing. Called the restaurant and the manager was going to call - that was two days ago! Still nothing! Probably not going back! You lost a good customer!!
Great place to catch a game. The wings are always solid. The bar area is huge and they have a pretty good tap list. There are games to keep kids busy.
It was my first time here, Samantha waited on me at the bar, she was very nice, making sure I was okay and that the food was to my liking. The qulity of the food great, very delicious. Hit the spot. The place was very clean, and the service was great as the staff greeted my kindly entering and exiting. I will definitely come back!
I had been a loyal customer since the restaurant opened. My family and I went there tons of times and most visits were pleasant and the food was fine. I ordered take out three times within the last 3 months or so and each time I told myself that it would get better. And it didn’t! We have gotten the wrong food - cold food - really poor service. Want a burger? Hope you like it well done, because that's the only way they allow you to order it. I typically order medium rare but I figured what the heck...lets try it. I went for it against my better judgment. Bad move. Even by "well-done" standards, it was bone dry and the bun was over toasted. Horrible. I will not be going back to any Buffalo Wild Wings. They have really gone down hill.
The wings and salad were good. Both the grilled chicken and blackened chicken were destroyed. There was no difference between them. Way over cooked. The waitress was good. Plenty of TVs to watch football games. It was also a bit loud in there but not too much that I couldn't stand it.
