My friends and I enjoy coming here to get soup and salad. It is great that they stay open as late as they do because you are able to go after the dinner crowd is gone. If you decide to go around dinner time on a week end be prepared for a pretty long wait.
I ate there a two months ago was happy gave 4 stars. Taking those stars back because a month ago went there waited over ten minutes for service no one came so we left. Today went asked for a booth hostess stated only tables are available. Walk in there was plenty of booths available ask why we couldn't have one hostess said they are closed we walked out never to return.
Shon was our waiter and he was amazing. From start to finish he made sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meals. He came back to the table frequently. He was kind and offered us information about the menu. Whenever he reached even slightly over the table he pardoned himself. The food was excellent too. Great service.
Our server Logan didn't offer for us to sample any wines nor did he suggest any wine to go with our entrees. He was concerned about my food allergy and went to ask the cook and a previous cook turned host. He also showed me how to navigate the table top tablet and get all the allery information that I may need. All in all our experience was good. Not excellent. My entree was great but my mother's entree was very skimpy. I was seated at a table where all I could focus on was the dust that covered the wooden ledge where we were seated. Cleanliness is not one of their specialties. I observed trash and food on the floor along the walls where it was missed during the cleaning of the table process. Overall it was a good meal for the price! Oh and Logan was nice enough to do the table top online survey without even asking us! He just did it himself, gee thanks Logan!
You really can't go wrong at any Olive Garden. The food is consistently made from quality ingredients by cooks who care about strict adherence to tried and true recipes. The menus varies enough to not seem stale yet offers customers all their favorites so as to keep everyone satisfied. Prices are extremely fair and more importantly, the employees from the bussers to the bartenders, line cooks to management and everyone in between all seem to care about giving their customers an enjoyable dining experience. Do yourself a favor next time you go and save room for dessert. Though not made fresh on premises the Tuxedo Mousse Cake is to die for and if you're a chocolate lover you will be thanking me as your waistband curses me...get a slice to go....I dare you.
